Amy and Christina work as a team to support postpartum families. They have worked together for over 5 years and collectively have more than eleven years of combined postpartum expertise. Having two doulas gives families the added benefits of broader scheduling flexibility, expanded knowledge and experience, and built in back-up support.
Amy and Christina are passionate about supporting families by contributing without interference, offering guidance, and providing information. They strive to normalize and troubleshoot areas of uncertainly for new parents, help them build confidence, and to learn to trust their parental instincts. They work carefully to honor each family's unique parenting choices and circumstances and tailor their services to match the individual needs of each family.
Amy and Christina both received their labor and postpartum doula training at Seattle Midwifery School and are committed to continuing education in maternal support and infant care. Both have extensive experience with singletons, preemies, multiples, special needs, maternal postpartum mood disorders, and breastfeeding support.

Overnight Care:
Overnight care includes all infant care, and maternal and breastfeeding support. The function of overnight care is for new parents to feel confident that their baby is in competent hands so that they can get a substantial stretch of sleep. Overnight care is particularly helpful when the mother has had a cesarean section, a difficult pregnancy or birth experience, maternal physical or mental health concerns, maternal or infant sleep challenges, newborn adoption, one parent is absent, or when one or both parents are returning to work. We also support families with older babies navigate nighttime sleep issues and help with sleep training.
Labor support services are also available. Please inquire.
