I'm fascinated by change and by all the wonderful things that happen to us as we discover our lives as new parents. I've been working as a postpartum doula for six years and am always amazed at how individuals grow through the experience of opening their hearts to an infant. I appreciate the trusting relationship that develops with the families I work with and am privileged to help during such an important time. There is no "right way" to be a parent! As you welcome your baby(ies) into your lives, I want to support you in finding the way that is best for your family.

I have extensive training and experience in mother and infant care, lactation support, infant massage, child development, care of multiples, postpartum mood disorder, and family transitions.
