The first few months of life with your new baby can be a time of incredible joy. It can also be a time of great challenge. I know this to be true not only because I’ve served as a Postpartum Doula for dozens of families, but because I too am a mother.

For the past eight years I have devoted myself to supporting women and men in their transition to parenthood, encouraging mothers to trust their instincts in meeting their baby’s needs and guiding families in ways to care and comfort their infant(s).

I take tremendous satisfaction and pride in making life with the new baby less overwhelming by anticipating the many needs and caring for both the baby and family.
